Colour

Yellow with amber hints. Fine and persistent bubble.

AROMA:

Intense, clean. Notes of white fruit, lemon and toasted. Background of red fruits, citrics and honey.

TASTE:

Structured, bodied and rounded. Plesant in palate with notes of red fruit (currant, raspberry)and a touch of cookie. Long and wide end.

MATCHING
Author cuisine, pleasant with good company. We suggest to combine it with scallops or tuna sushi.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
La Maison is located between the Marne riverside and the Romanesque church of Mareuil-sur-Ay, where they vineyards reposes. Champagne Philipponnat is loyal to the tradition of tastes and needs. The hearth of this sparkling is in their cellars from the XVIII century, where the wines rest outside the world. Charles Philipponnat is the CEO, Thierry Garnier the winemaker and manager of the cellar and Claude Laurent the wine-grower and kepper of the lands.

A.O.C are the acronyms of “Apellation d’Origine Controlle”, that correspond to the Spanish regulation “Denominación de Origen Controlada Española”. Champagne is the further northern region on wine production with a surface of 33.500 hectares and an annual production of 260 millions of bottles.
