INFORMATION OF INTEREST Vall Llach 2006
Colour: Its colour is deep purplish red.
Aroma: The aromas are mostly presented reduction, figs, fruit liqueur, sweet violet, with mineral touches typical of the Priorat and reminiscenses of nuts.
Taste: His attack is tasty, mature and extremely aromatic, with good texture, memories of spirits, very expressive. You will notice lactic and final touches half-length.
This is a wine of great strength, which paired with game dishes (wild boar), accompanied by fruit kid (whether in compotes or sauces), as well as cheeses.
Its wines are the result of a number of estates with centuries-old grapes: the "Trossos", led by singer Lluis Llach and notary Enric Costa. They say the key is in the blend of classic and exotic varieties, so that gives a perfect complexity to their wines.
