Colour

Intense yellow colour, lemon reflections, vivid, bright and clean, very pleasing to the eye.

AROMA:

Frank, a new wood very fine quality, outstanding smoked, roasteds very interesting, with a combination of ripe exotic fruits (pineapple, lime zest, white flowers), cakes. Very complex and high aromatic power.

TASTE:

Surprisingly, would emphasize a tactile sensation in the mouth of greasiness, greasy feeling due to battonage system used for production. This wine is alive, with good structure, baked apple, quince reminiscences; perfect balance between sweet and acidic sensations, with a long aftertaste.

Its structure and impressive taste allows accompany fattier dishes and upper-middle taste power. Some examples would be: Norway lobster gratin, black rice and salmon with cava sauce.

Its wines are the result of a number of estates with centuries-old grapes: the "Trossos", led by singer Lluis Llach and notary Enric Costa. They say the key is in the blend of classic and exotic varieties, so that gives a perfect complexity to their wines.

This wine is dedicated to the Catalan poet Miquel Martí Pol for his close relationship with the Celler Vall Llach is in his memory and the name of the wine was given from the name of a content fragment in his poem "Solstice". This is a very limited edition that is only produced in very special vintages.
