Aroma: In his aromas appear notes of cedar, mineral, spice and ripe black fruit (black cherry and blackberry).
Taste: The palate is structured and flavourful, with fresh fruit and a balanced acidity that will help round cylinder.
We can take it with red meat dishes, especially beef sirloin or ox, also stewed with mushrooms and cheeses.
Winery located in Gratallops, on the Priorat, partner with local producers and directed by winemaker Alvaro Palacios. Slate floors are laminar structure located in a vertical and oblique. Mild Mediterranean climate is largely influenced by sea, with a predominance of sun and little rain leading to a selective harvest, according to different sectors of the property.
