Colour

Straw yellow coloured, clean, very brightly and clear. It shows a fine and constant bubble.

AROMA:

The Gran Reserva de la Finca shows its purest form, fruit is the dominating sensation in the nose and reminds us of the potential of this magnificent cava. A fine citrus aroma adds freshness and combines with light hints of toasted bread and a touch of butter. The perfect combination of ageing aromas and hints of fruit are back for another year in this generous cava.

TASTE:

It is explosive in the mouth with exuberant, fresh, firm fruit that drive this long lingering cava.
Its bubbles are fine but very fresh. The fresh fruit and the dynamic palette mark the way from that 2006 that will certainly be around for a long time to come.

Cava with personality and balance, complex taste dishes: stews, fish with sauces, also baked fish, traditional Mediterranean rice. This sparkling wine can be an excellent combination with dishes like a village’s roast (chicken, rabbit and sausage) or with a stew of cuttlefish of the coast and shrimps.
