TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Cherry color with slightly tiled reflections. Medium layer intensity. Very nice to see.

AROMA:

The nose is presented with a very broad catalog aromatically speaking. It expresses the red fruit embalmed by the wild flowers. Spicy memories with a light truffle aroma and toasted notes of the same aging.

TASTE:

Taste with force and taste in the mouth. Tannins with personality, silky and present but well integrated and turn out to be elegant with a slightly sweet point. Final, long, wide and persistent.

MATCHING
It is especially recommended and intended to accompany Spanish cuisine. Meat dishes such as baked lamb shoulder, stews, game dishes, etc., will harmonize perfectly.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Gran Arzuaga red wine is made by Tinto Fino at 75%, Cabernet Sauvignon at 20% and Blanca del Pais at 5%. It belongs to the D.O. Ribera del Duero. These grapes come from two plots both with more than 900 meters of altitude, with minimum yields and long vegetative cycles. This wine is aged for 20 months in new French fine-grained barrels, which produced a natural decantation that avoids all kinds of physical or chemical processes.

Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º, before being served it is recommended to decant it.

Ribera del Duero is one of the most important wine-growing regions in Spain, is located in Castilla y León and embraces a part of the Duero basin. Limited in the east by the town of San Esteban de Gormaz and in the west by Quintanilla de Onessimo, Ribera del Duero has a surface of 21000 hectares and an annual production of barely 56 million of liters.
