AROMA:

TASTE:

In mouth is silky, balanced and great freshness that power its enormous fruitiness, which extends in a joyful and long aftertaste.

MATCHING
We suggest consuming with foie gras appetizers, desserts made with fruit or milk and blue cheeses.
We recommend to serve cold, at 6 ° C.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The history of Bodegas Ochoa begins the year 1845, date engraved in stone in the old cellar of the center of Olite (Navarra). Previously, it is known that Valerio Ochoa, Mayor in 1837, was already the owner of a winery in the city. The family tradition of Bodegas Ochoa is currently based at the marriage formed by Javier Ochoa and Marivi German, who has joined her daughter Adriana, winemaker and responsible for production and quality control. Recently, his other daughter Beatriz has been integrated into the Winery as head of marketing and sales.
