TASTING NOTE
Colour

Pale yellow color.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is intense and fruity, with notes of ripe pineapple, banana, and pleasant vegetal notes.

TASTE:

On the palate, it is flavorful and warm, with a very silky and aromatic mouthfeel, with a slightly luscious finish.

WHO CAN CONTRACT
Forcada is the only white variety recovered from the more than 50 found, showing great oenological interest and the ability to adapt to climate change. It is planted in the Alt Penedès, on a clay-rich estate located at 510 meters above sea level, and surprises with its aromatic intensity and freshness.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Penedès
Between the cities of Barcelona and Tarragona is located the Penedès region, with the largest wine-growing surface and the largest production in Catalonia. Bordered by the Mediterranean Sea, the Pre-litoral Mountains and from the Llobregat River to the Gaià River. The most important cities of this appellation of origin are the Vilafranca del Penedès (capital city) and Sant Sadurní d’Anoia. The more planted variety is Xarel·lo, with a surface of more than 7000 hectares.
