AROMA:

On the nose interesting, very fresh, citric, vegetal, with a predominance of the primary aromas of the white stone fruit family (peach, nectarine, memories of fuji apple). It is very fragrant, nuance of fresh fruit, vegetables such as fennel, freshly picked mountain herbs. Good olfactory power.

TASTE:

Tasty, structured, balanced, good mid palate, citric and dry finish, the work of lees in the mouth is interesting, the mouthfeel is slightly greasy, unctuous, very pleasant in the final set. Persistent, good varietal union.
