TASTE:

Tasty, with good acidity that gives it freshness. It is a light white with a fruity character but with a dry finish. Young and persisten,t fresh, a very pleasant easy wine.

It is an excellent wine with fish and seafood in different preparations (iron, oven, steam). Combine with the freshness of vegetables (various salads).
It is also suitable with exotic cuisine (oriental, Japanese, etc.).

Since the 15th century, the purest wine tradition. Sant Martí Sarroca has been a witness to the evolution of Rovellats since the X-XV centuries. From the moment the first stone of the Masia Rovellats was laid until today.

For more than three generations ... its founder, Josep Vallès Rovira, started the production of cava at the beginning of the 20th century. The second generation, Rosa Vallès and Joan Cardona, made great technological innovations, especially in the production winery, and made improvements to the more than 140 hectares of the property. The deep commitment to efficiency and nature was already clearly defined. The brothers Mª Rosa and Josep Cardona are already the third generation and continue to bet on indigenous varieties, preserving the identity and personality of each product.
