TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow with green hues, brilliant.

AROMA:

Cool, good intensity. White fruit notes, fine lees and herbs.

TASTE:

Notable acidity, dry, correct. Carbon living and lingering citrus and hints of ripe fruit. Long.

MATCHING
Cava versatile, great with seafood, shellfish, fish light. You can also accompany dishes like surf and turf with lobster and seafood stews chicken not very convincing. Dessert with cream and fruit, in contrast to taste.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
According to certify the stone threshold of the entrance to the oldest champagne house Oliveda as wines were produced from 1764 to the property for family consumption. In 1948, Joseph and Oliveda Casanova and his wife Joan Rigau Ros, founded the company engaged in the production and marketing of wines. Currently Oliveda has a wine production that is split between two denominations of origin "Empordà" and "Catalonia" and a production of champagne belonging to DO "Cava".

Una relació qualitat preu molt bona pe`rò hi ha una certa distància amb alguns Corpinnat de més alta gamma.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
