TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow, fine bubble, golden reflex, well integrated carbonic.

AROMA:

Baked apple aroma, toasted bread, and wrapped with species aroma, like canela. Very subtle and elegant.

TASTE:

Vinous sensation, soft bubble that caresses the palate. Perfect integration, it reminds nuts. An invitation to continue taking it.

MATCHING
Long-haul cava, sharp due to its good aging. Perfect with delicate and gourmet dishes. Sea bass tartare, crayfish with hollandaise sauce, foie grass with micuit, carpaccio.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Its limited production is obtained from vines located in a sector of the farm at 500 m. altitude whose micro-climate confers special characteristics to this "CRU". As a millésimé, it is made only in years of exceptional harvests

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”.
