Colour

It shows an intense yellow colour, bright, clear and wonderful.

AROMA:

Complex nose, where are match fruity aromas whit his ageing hints (vanilla and coconut).

TASTE:

Tasty, smoothie step by mouth where we can notice fruity notes, smoked and fruit in syrup. Excellent matching of fruits with the nuances that gives it his ageing in oak barrels. Its long and persistent, well structured.

It’s a perfect wine to take with dishes of a citrus contrast, fish dishes, fresh meals with fruits. Salad of duck’s breast or of scallops, ravioli of potato and sweet onion.

Alta Alella is a family project that was born more than twenty years ago by Josep Maria Pujol-Busquets and his wife Cristina Guillén, when they acquired the Noucentista farm Can Genís, located 2 km from the Mediterranean Sea between the municipalities of Alella and Tiana. It is the closest wine cellar to Barcelona and its organic wines are present in the letters of some of the best restaurants in the world.
It is a modern winery where, from the beginning, organic farming and respect for the environment and nature have been the basis for elaborating wines and cavas within the O. Alella and the D.O. Cava, with the aim of purity and transparency, being the vivid reflection of the terroir and of each vintage.
Alta Alella has also been consolidated as a winery open to the public and wine tourism. The wine of an area is part of its identity, and in this way a unique wine-making area is made available to the public where you can enjoy a wide range of wine tourism
