AROMA:

Aroma of ripe and tropical white fruits (pineapple), sweet spices such as vanilla and creamy oak, quality wood with light toasts.

TASTE:

Elegant, on the palate it is creamy, tasty with good acidity and the personality of the Viognier variety, white (pear) and tropical fruits, with a slight floral sensation. Frank, persistent, unctuous and long.

Ideal with natural, vegan, vegetarian cuisine with salads with a combination of fresh fruits. Also light dishes, pure foods, fish carpaccio, salmon, shrimp, octopus, tuna tartare with avocado and fresh tomato, even sea bass ceviche and scallops.
