ENGELBERG, means the mountain of angels, and is a terroir classified as Grand Cru, as the quality of the wines produced here has been recognized since the ninth century.
The soil is clayey and stony and not very thick, and is oriented to the south.
Collected by hand on October 1, 2018, with fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, followed by a subsequent maturation on fine lees until bottling in August 2020.
