TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with golden reflections, and where it presents a fine and persistent bubble.

AROMA:

His twenty-eight months of aging give him all the perfect personality to create a unique first contact. In the glass, the first aromas that welcome you are those of brioche, followed by small notes of computed and subtly caramelized fruit.

TASTE:

In the mouth its fineness is almost palpable. Its imperceptible but present bubbles and its timid foam are the result of a fermentation in the bottle and a long maturation on lees. Good acidity in the mouth along with a certain vinous sensation resulting from its long maturation.

MATCHING
Gastronomically speaking, it is pure versatility. A gastronomic wine is a wine worthy of being able to surprise the most demanding diners. This Cremant is a perfect wine to accompany from aperitif to dessert.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Breit comes from the place called Hangenbreite (wide plain). This is a plain with a steep slope and calcareous soil where the three grape varieties that make up this wine grow: CHARDONNAY (60%), PINOT BLANC (20%) and AUXERROIS (20%).

Picked by hand, pressed whole grapes. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation on fine lees until they reach circulation. Second fermentation in bottle (traditional method).

Each of the grape varieties used in the Breit contributes to the balance of the wine: Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois bring fruit and flesh, and chardonnay, the delicacy.
