WHO CAN CONTRACT
White wine made with the must of the best grapes harvested in the last vintage, macerated and fermented at low temperature. The vineyards are part of the Massana, la Turona, and Finca Savall estates (near Sant Sadurní d'Anoia).

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Catalunya
Established on 1999, the denomination of origin Catalunya includes the majority of the Catalan winemaking towns. The planted surface raises the 60.000 hectares and the annual production moves around the 60 millions of liters. The purpose of creating a D.O that overlaps the other Catalan appellations was to give more freedom and flexibility to the producers with the aim of promoting the creativity and the experimentation. The main differences are the use of a major number of grape varieties and the permissiveness to make blends with grapes from different zones, in addition to the inclusion of winemaking towns which could not integrate to any other appellation.
