Very pale straw colour. Fine bubbles which are well-integrated into the wine.
Primary aromas typical of the (apple, citrus, almond blossom) supplemented with aromas of like honey, toast, etc..
On the palate, balanced acidity and fine bubbles, with a rich ending and a quite good persistence persistence.
Used Grauonline for the first time and bought this Cava on recommendation from a friend, who uses the website on a regular basis. Service was excellent with the Cava arriving within a week from Spain. The Cava itself is wonderful. Superb value for money. Would recommend in the future.
