Entry into the nose of medium - high power. It is frank and elegant, where its floral notes combine with its character of fruit and citrus (apple, pear, nectarine and lime). Herbaceous memories of aniseed are expressed that give the wine the most balsamic sensation, where they enter with a good balance with the subtle aromas of yeast for their work on lees.
Fresh and subtle entry into the mouth. Varietal from Macabeo where its work on lees gives it a silky texture. Dry, long finish with a very good structure.
The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
