Intense yellow with golden highlights, bright

AROMA:

Of good intensity and very complex, a range of aromas primarily of stone fruits such as peaches, ripe peaches, sensations of mountain field flowers, and also memories of grape skin.

TASTE:

In the mouth, it is intense on the palate, honeyed and citrus notes at the same time, broad, long, very tasty, we would highlight its passage and evolution in the mouth. It is a persistent wine.

MATCHING
Fresh salads, with a combination of nuts and fruits. Fish dishes, traditional rice dishes from the coast (lobster seafood). Both baked (turbot, sea bass,) and stews (cuttlefish with Empordà peas)
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Sota els Àngels is located in the center of the north face of Las Gavarres, in the municipality of Cruïlles-Monells-Sant Sadurní de l 'Heura. It is a very special place, an old massif with rounded shapes, populated with holm oaks and cork oaks. At the foot of the Els Àngels mountain, is the vineyard.
Preparation: Cariñena ink pressed in white, the same day of its collection. Fermented with own yeasts and at low temperature. Finished malolactic fermentation. Aged for 6 months in a stainless steel vat on fine lees with soft batonages. It came unfiltered.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
