TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Golden yellow color with dark gold reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose has an impressive aromatic catalog. It offers notes of ripe stone fruit that is perfectly assembled with small spicy lightnings and lightly toasted nuts (walnuts and hazelnuts).

TASTE:

Mouth entry with body and power. Very tasty and subtly fruity on the palate. Creamy course with caramel toppings. Long, complex and persistent finish. Ideal for lovers of aging whites.

MATCHING
Ideal to accompany it in white meats with sauce, cured and semi-cured cheeses, fatty and blue fish, and rice with meat or seafood, such as lobster or magret with mushrooms.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
This white from Bodegas Aleanna, behind which are the creators of the legendary Argentine wines of Catena Zapata. It is made with grapes of the Chardonnay variety from vineyards located at an altitude of between 1,400 and 1,500 meters in the Tupungato area (Mendoza). Fermentation takes place in large, partially new barrels and aging takes place in the same barrels for 9 months under a veil in flower, which gives this white a style more typical of Jura wines.
