Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

Expresses certain complexity and intensity. Good balance with acidity. Its notes of ripe fruit, light aniseed and floral touches stand out. Incredibly fresh, invited to taste it.

TASTE:

Very aromatic and tasty mouth entry, with some ointment brought up by its oak aging. Long and persistent end with a citric point. Perfectly balanced.
