Colour

Red-ruby with medium to high intensity, light orange tones on the edge of the cup; clean and bright.

AROMA:

Intense. Light milky notes, red fruits and spices. Shows a good development of secondary aromas of ageing (vanilla, cacao, roasted) providing a good balance and persistence.

TASTE:

Showing tasty, well-armed and with ripe tannins in well balance with acidity and alcohol. The fruit character dominates slightly over the flavours of toast, roasted coffee, cocoa and vanilla, giving it an interesting complexity.

MATCHING
Stews and legumes, red and white meats, Spanish stews, game, cheese and paté, roast squab with almond sauce.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Sierra Cantabria makes its wines with the Eguren personal seal. SIERRA CANTABRIA is wines which have nurtured in the growing and making, wrapped by the characteristics conferred by the Sonsierra riojana.
