TASTING NOTE
Colour

Pale yellow with greenish reflections.

AROMA:

It presents a high aromatic intensity with a predominance of ripe white fruit such as pear and with a floral background.

TASTE:

In the mouth with a pleasant entry, it presents a very balanced acidity and a long aftertaste. We highlight its creamy and slightly glyceric texture.

MATCHING
Fantastic with "tapas", different traditional starters of Spanish Cuisine, with cold cuts, cheeses, with Iberian cured ham. Also with fresh and light dishes, salads, grilled vegetables and baked fish.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Tempranillo Blanca is a late-budding grape with a short maturation cycle, so it can reach a high alcohol content, which requires an exhaustive monitoring of this maturation process. It is a variety with good levels of acidity that allows it to balance the high alcohol content of its wines. It is not very resistant to water stress or high temperatures. It is a delicate grape but the end result justifies the work and dedication that it requires throughout the process. The vineyards, with a type of clayey and calcareous soil that achieves greater thermal maintenance of the soil and extreme climatic conditions typical of the region, lay the foundations for producing wines where full-bodied and strong wines are classic. The vines are protected from the winds by the hills that surround the valleys of the Ebro and are located in the upper parts where the risk of frost decreases. The average age of the strains ranges from 20-25 years. Vinification: Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16º C. Varieties: 100% Tempranillo Blanco. Harvest: Mechanics in October.
