Clean, clear and bright. Yellow with golden highlights. Very nice to see.

Nose in which the balsamic and spicy notes are expressed, where the aromas of pine resin and white pepper are the most pronounced. In a few minutes, the toffee notes of smoked and toasted wood will take over, and all with a shy white fruit in the background.

In the mouth, it is surprisingly fresh and light, with a good load of wood, which gives it a good evolution beforehand.

Garlic Codfish, Baked Turbot with Potatoes, Lobster Stew, Lobster Rice Broth, Fish Suquet, Grilled Mackerel with Garlic and Parsley. Ideal to accompany it with high taste ingredients.
200 Nuns make an exceptional white that has always been rated well by the most prestigious guides. This is the second vintage of his 'Special Selection'. The harvest is carried out through a natural selection of the oldest and smaller production vines, ensuring the highest quality. With a blend of 70% Viura, 20% Malvasia and 10% White Grenache made under a 15-month aging in French, American and thirty months in oak barrels. The wine is finally bottled and then left to stand in the cellars of the winery until it is released to the market. Undoubtedly, a Rioja in upper case that lasts on the palate and in the memory.
