Colour

Pale yellow with hints pallosos.

AROMA:

Complex. Notes aging, baked apple, nuts, fennel and smoked.

TASTE:

Dry, savory and creamy. Fine balance of carbon. Long aftertaste.

MATCHING
With delicious appetizers and desserts. Highly recommended to all types of paella. Well-balanced taste with sea and mountain dish like chicken and prawns.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Founded in 1982 in San Sadurní, There have a limited production winery, a product of the author. The technical director is Jordi Casanovas Carafa.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
