Intense nose, with notes of pastry and dairy touches on a background of white fruits.

TASTE:

On the palate smooth, balanced way, denoting structure and some girth. Domain secondary aromas of aging, with slight hints of toast and yeast. Long and complex

MATCHING
Suitable for all kinds of snacks, rice and grilled meats. Marry well with a seafood paella.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Baltà Pares is a 100% family winery in Penedes long tradition, whose origins date back to 1790. For 70 years, the family took over Cusin and currently hold the direction is in the hands of the 3 rd generation. Vines grown organically since 1790, and since 2004 the wines are certified as organic.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise. The process definition gives the name to the final product, a sparkling wine produced with the classic method of fermentation in bottle and ageing in “cavas”. Recently is one of the more dynamic sectors in the world of wine, with a whole production that has exceed the 220 millions of bottles per year, reaching customers from all over the world.
