TASTING NOTE
Colour

Bright yellow-golden colour.

AROMA:

Extensive aromatic range of toffee, citrus and shades of ripe fruits.

TASTE:

In the mouth it is creamy and full, and the balanced acidity promotes a fresh and intense character. Soft and persistent aftertaste.

MATCHING
Nèctar Terrenal is especially appropriate for desserts but also with bittersweet plates like “foies” and heavy cheeses.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Llopart Subirats located on average height of 340 meters above sea level and covers an accented hill slopes. The land is sloping stone platforms anchored, which provides excellent exposure to sunlight and avoids the possibility of any excess water.

Nèctar Terrenal is elaborated from a coupage of two contrasting monovarietal wine varieties. The personal “expedition” liqueur, aged in oak, furnishes the sweetness and gives it its delicate aromatic and tasty notes.

Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise.
