Colour

Old gold color with crystalline reflections. Fine bubbles, perfectly merged.

AROMA:

Creamy. Aromatic depth (white ripe fruit, orange peel...) with the presence of ageing notes (brioche, toasted, butter, dry fruits...) Powerful taste, rounded acidity, wide. Notes from the yeast autolysis process stand out due to the long ageing in bottle.

TASTE:

Delicate and persistent aftertaste. Notes of Parellada variety adapted to elevated grounds domain above all, highlighting the delicate evolution strokes given by its complexity.
