TASTING NOTE
Colour

Straw yellow colour with a pale green brightness. Fine and constant bubbles.

AROMA:

Full of primary, fruity tones (apple, peach and pineapple) and a tightly-knit bouquet.

TASTE:

Soft and light in the mouth with intensity and freshness.

MATCHING
It is suitable to have it alone as an aperitif or with light meals and some rices. Perfect with a stew of fish, or with a octopus at Galician Style.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
The Llopart Subirats located on average height of 340 meters above sea level and covers an accented hill slopes. The land is sloping stone platforms anchored, which provides excellent exposure to sunlight and avoids the possibility of any excess water.

Elaborated with wines that reached the first fermentation at 15ºC. The singular coupage emphasizes the unique fruity characters of these grape varieties.
