TASTING NOTE
Colour

This cava is a beautiful bright pink colour. The numerous streams formed by its large number of tiny bubbles create a truly spectacular effervescence. Its white crown, abundant and long-lasting, contrasts with its pink background, highlighting its magnificent mousse.

AROMA:

Its aroma is delicate and intense. In it, we can find clear notes of cherries and strawberries, surrounded by hints of honey, toast and floral memories. It has a very unusual nose in which freshness dominates over vinosity.

TASTE:

It is exuberant on the palate. The effervescent mousse that is released on tasting is intense and creamy. It caresses the inside of the mouth very gently, releasing all of its rich aromas.

MATCHING
Perfect with oily fish like would be salmon with an essence of garlic, crab cake Cantabrian, or desserts, like a rag cheese served with figs.

Cava and Champagne are elaborated with the same procedure, called traditional method or champenoise.
