Colour

It presents an intense and bright golden-yellow color, with noble evolution hues from its long aging. The bubbles are extremely fine, integrated, and persistent, forming an elegant and creamy crown.

AROMA:

A wine of great complexity. Notes of ripe white fruit and baked apple stand out, followed by aging aromas: brioche, fresh butter, toasted nuts, and a subtle hint of coffee. It maintains a mineral background that adds depth.

TASTE:

The palate is broad, unctuous, and impressively structured. The carbonation melts delicately, offering a velvety texture. Despite its long aging, it maintains a lively acidity that provides freshness, with a very long and gastronomic finish.

This Corpinnat is ideal for accompanying complex and structured meals. It pairs perfectly with white meats in nut-based sauces, fatty baked fish (such as turbot), mountain rice dishes, or even feathered game dishes. It is also an exceptional companion for long-cured cheeses or a high-quality Iberian ham.

Memòria is Can Descregut's tribute to long aging (over 60 months) and the Xarel·lo variety (which is its main base). Its uniqueness comes from the gypsum-rich soils of Vilobí del Penedès, which provide a distinctive minerality. It is a signature sparkling wine, organic and without added sugar, representing the ultimate expression of time and terroir in a prestigious Corpinnat.
