On the nose delicate aromas stand out among the dominant tropical fruit like pineapple and citrus, grapefruit and lime.

TASTE:

The palate is soft, with delicate citrus notes, balanced and refreshing overall.

MATCHING
His delicacy and freshness makes it ideal as an aperitif cava. It is also ideal for seafood and white meat fish. Good companion of sushi and sashimi or carpaccio bit spicy.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Cava
