TASTING NOTE
Colour

Pale yellow in colour with greenish hues, clear and brilliant. Fine bubbles, continuous beads and a persistent mousse accentuated by the presence of the Chardonnay.

AROMA:

Highly complex, aromas of white fruit (Apple) and tropical fruit (pineapple), a hint of grapefruit, slight floral notes and elegant aromas of brioche and dried fruit. Fragrances are liable to alter depending on the time in glass.

TASTE:

Wide on nose, well balanced, and creamy with well-integrated bubbles and a soothing touch of fennel and eucalyptus. Long in his ending, once again notes of dried fruit, hazelnut, and toast with a slight hint of aniseed are present.

MATCHING
An ideal cava to be enjoyed throughout a meal. Particularly good with menus that call for a versatile wine to go well with different dishes. It is clearly a cava to accompany good food.
