Colour
Clean, clear and bright. Picota cherry color with garnet reflections, and where it has a medium-high layer intensity. Very pleasing to the eye.
AROMA:
With indisputable character and personality, it offers aromas of red fruits (black currants and currants) and black fruits (blackberries and cherries) with spicy nuances brought subtly by the aging wood (vanilla).
TASTE:
Entry in the mouth where it is presented with amplitude and marked silkiness, at the same time, with a lot of structure and power but with soft and sweet tannins. Long and persistent finish with a unique range of flavors.
MATCHING
Perfect with an Iberian or grilled pork fillet with a confit sauce, mushroom croquettes, cod, different cooked meats and all kinds of sauces, etc.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
This wine comes from a selection of vineyards located in Pedrosa de Duero, La Horra and Gumiel del Mercado, with an average age of 35 years. Soil type: clayey-calcareous, stony, very poor in fertility and low production.
