Colour

Intense and deep red.

AROMA:

Aromatic intranasal where notes include candied fruit, chocolate, spices like pepper and vanilla, and scrubland.

TASTE:

In mouth is pleasant and greedy, with sweaty sensations, some black fruits and cocoa.

MATCHING
Flavour is greedy feelings predominate in liqueur cherries, black berry jam, cocoa and coffee.
It will be perfect served with dishes such as duck or magrets civet either boar or hare.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Its wines are the result of a number of estates with centuries-old grapes: the "Trossos", led by singer Lluis Llach and notary Enric Costa. They say the key is in the blend of classic and exotic varieties, so that gives a perfect complexity to their wines.
