TASTING NOTE
Colour

In the visual phase shows a cherry red colour, with iridescent purple nuances, clean and bright.

AROMA:

The nose is intense and expressive, with elegant aromas of vanilla roasted and also presented a pleasant feeling of fresh fruit and subtle floral (violet).

TASTE:

Its palate is fresh and tasty tannins and nice acidity. It has memories and fruit balsamic phase retro nasal and the aftertaste is long on feelings roasted.

MATCHING
Combine with all kinds of sausages and other starters such as croquettes and empanadas. Very appropriate with beans, beans, lentils and beans, potatoes and grilled dishes with truffles. Pairs also with rice (a band, the Cuban), seafood paella and garlic, squid in its ink. With any type of meat and cheese and desserts half healing berries is an ideal partner to finish a meal.

Ribera del Duero is one of the most important wine-growing regions in Spain, is located in Castilla y León and embraces a part of the Duero basin. Limited in the east by the town of San Esteban de Gormaz and in the west by Quintanilla de Onessimo, Ribera del Duero has a surface of 21000 hectares and an annual production of barely 56 million of liters.
