Juan Sánchez de la Torre, in 1781 lays the foundations of society Sanchez Romate Hermanos, one of the few wineries that currently remains in the hands of Jerez owners.
Eventually, the winery grew and adapted to the successive technological advances while maintaining respect for the manufacturing tradition.
