Perfect with blue cheese, ideal for chocolates and pastries. We propose pairing by contrast with a orange sorbet.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
Juan Sánchez de la Torre, in 1781 lays the foundations of society Sanchez Romate Hermanos, one of the few wineries that currently remains in the hands of Jerez owners.
Eventually, the winery grew and adapted to the successive technological advances while maintaining respect for the manufacturing tradition. More than one century after its founding, the firm becomes one of its main goals when in 1887, the fourth generation of the Sanchez Romate decided to create a unique brandy for the family and closest friends. Cardenal Mendoza Solera Gran Reserva brandy House logo was born. Today the wines and brandies of Sanchez Romate maintain its international vocation, with a determined expansion across five continents.
