In the 70s, shortly before the bicentennial of Romate Hermanos Sanchez, 40 boots Cardenal Mendoza reserved to commemorate the anniversary. From this limited guard saw the Non Plus Ultra light, a unique brandy from very dark mahogany color, shiny and exciting at the same time. Its aroma, its clearest distinction and traces of dried raisins and plums, refers to the old oloroso wine. Dry and delicate on the palate, taste mild, persistent and has very soft nuances of nutmeg and orange walnut dry. A privilege that holds the history of the winery in an exclusive presentation.
