Typical color from pale dry sherry (Jerez amontillado). Deep yellow color, brown and orange iodine attempts.

AROMA:

Pungent and complex. Nuts, orange and olive reminds.

TASTE:

Sapid in mouth, pleasant in the passage and dry in the end. Easy to appreciate candy and toast sugar notes. An interesting wine, long, to be enjoyed with time.

With typical sweets of the area, “pestiños”, donuts, “polvorones”, marzipan, puff pastry… Funny marriage with blue cheese due to the gustatory contrast.
