Colour

Mahogany intense color, bright, with amber border.

AROMA:

Typically smell, aromas of muscatel marked by ripe fruit. Notes of citric candied fruit, and slight honey memories.

TASTE:

Balance between bitter and sweet, with high taste power. Easy to appreciate the essence of candy, grapes and raisins. Long end.

With typical local sweets, fritters, donuts, shortbread, gingerbread, nut cakes, pastries... Fun contrast with blue cheese.
Great combination with oranges from “chipiona”, peaches from “Alcaudete” or figs from “Quesada”, among others.
