Colour

Pale yellow, very bright, clean.

AROMA:

Very aromatic, fragrant, primary aromas, white fruits such as peach, fuji apple, lemon pear, light vegetable, floral sensations, persistent on the nose, and very frank, direct.

TASTE:

Good acidity, it is fresh, pleasant on the palate and throughout the journey in the mouth. A very remarkable fruit-acidity balance. Fruits such as pineapple, melon, grapefruit, can appear in the gustatory register.

Ideal with fish, shellfish and crustaceans in general (griddle, steam). Very interesting with Oriental, Exotic, Japanese cuisine. Vegan dishes also harmonize well with this wine, dealing with the subtlety of pure and natural food. Service temperature from 6 to 8º C.

"Gramona has been working her lands without interruption since the mid-19th century. Six generations of a family with a winemaking tradition that for years has worked with respect and passion for the land and with an indisputable quality seal. True to a sustainable philosophy for our environment, it uses biodynamic agriculture for the cultivation of vineyards and for the production of wines and sparkling wines " Based on the careful observation and treatment of the factors that influence the land and its habitat. No herbicides or chemical pesticides are applied. Natural resources are used with the main objective of preserving the balance of the environment and spontaneous vegetation covers are maintained to achieve spongy soils. Through biodynamics, a step beyond ecology, the vineyards are vivified and the aim is to increase their levels of biodiversity: infusions and decoctions of plants are applied to avoid pests, and the preparations themselves and the animal compound itself are made and vegetable from the medicinal plant garden and the cow, sheep and horse farm. Wine made by the 6th generation of the Gramona family and collected from the La Solana estate by the 200 volunteers from the solidarity harvest (1,300 bottles).
