Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with a slight golden reflection.

AROMA:

It is a wine of remarkable intensity, primary smells that perfectly reflect his youth; Peach, citrus, lime and certain floral notes.

TASTE:

Well structured, with very good acidity, slightly dry and with a really persistent finish.

MATCHING
Ideal with fresh, original dishes, with little culinary preparation. Such as tuna tartare, salads, vegetable cakes.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
With more than 50 years of history, founded in 1963, the Cooperativa de Garriguella is the union of small producers, winegrowers from Garriguella, it is the living testimony of the stubbornness, work and sacrifice of a large family who firmly believed that joining their resources could make more force to optimize the agricultural works, modernize the machinery of the winery and achieve a greater economic benefit thanks to offering a quality product,
Currently with a total of 160 Ha. And since 1975, it is registered in D.O, Empordà. A classic of the area, modernized and of great value for money.

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Empordà
The appellation of Origin Empordà is located on the northern-east of Catalonia. The territory is distributed in two regions and 55 villages. 35 belong to Alt Empordà and the remaining 20 belong to Baix Empodrà. The average annual production reaches the 65000 hectoliters of wine with a planted surface of around 2000 hectares. From its beginnings the denomination was called Empordà-Costa Brava, but in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was deleted.
