TASTING NOTE
Colour

Pale yellow with greenish reflections, youthful color, bright.

AROMA:

Very fragrant and fruity, with a lively character of white and citrus fruits ( pear, apple, peach ), slight vegetal memories are present that provide aromatic freshness. Good intensity.

TASTE:

With a fruity character, notes of young, fresh, slightly acidic tropical fruit ( pineapple, Paraguayan ), a slightly unctuous texture and a dry finish. It came easy and pleasant.

MATCHING
Soft dishes, local cuisine. Mediterranean-influenced dishes ( fish, grilled seafood, oven ) or traditional rice dishes, palellas, fideuas, Italian cuisine.

Service temperature from 6º to 8º C.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
It came within the D.O. Catalonia.
Bottled wine for Parxet ( which belongs to the Codorniu group ).

Wines whites designation of origin D.O. Catalunya
Established on 1999, the denomination of origin Catalunya includes the majority of the Catalan winemaking towns. The planted surface raises the 60.000 hectares and the annual production moves around the 60 millions of liters. The purpose of creating a D.O that overlaps the other Catalan appellations was to give more freedom and flexibility to the producers with the aim of promoting the creativity and the experimentation. The main differences are the use of a major number of grape varieties and the permissiveness to make blends with grapes from different zones, in addition to the inclusion of winemaking towns which could not integrate to any other appellation.
