AROMA:

Stylish, cool. Notes include green apple, peach and honey. Background white flower.

TASTE:

Soft, delicate acidity. Delicious in the mouth with hints of tropical fruit. Citrus finish, nice.

Perfect with grilled or baked fish, paella, shellfish steamed with spicy dishes and traditional Oriental cuisine.

Most of the vineyards are located along the Rhine terrace of Nierstein to Dienheim and Guntersblum and around Uelversheim. In total, with more than 40 different parcels.
