WHO CAN CONTRACT
Winery History It all started in the back room of a small tavern in the Bouzas area, Vigo; a grocery owned by the country of D. Mariano Peláez. It is here that the "D. Mariano wine" was born. The name of the winery comes from the tradition that existed in the 60s; at that time all the great wines and cellarmen carried in their denomination a noble title, for this reason D. Mariano Peláez wanted his wine to enjoy the same distinction. Following this trend he called him "Marqués de Vizhoja" Grape varieties: 70% Albariño, 15% Treixadura, 15% Loureira It is the Albariño Comtat do Tea wine more exclusive of the Wineries. Estate wine, first pruning green in the summer of more than 40% of the grapes to ensure optimum growth of the remaining grapes, the temperature is lowered between 5º and 7º Celsius. It is macerated for 14 to 16 hours with a gentle fermentation of 14º for about 16 days. Service temperature of 8º to 10º C.
