Colour

Clean and bright. Straw gold color, with subtly greenish reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

On the nose, it is a spectacle. Complexity is the word that best defines it, where we find notes of white flowers balanced with aromas of fresh stone fruit, where peaches, apricots and apple stand out. From behind the bottom appear more timidly but with the same expressiveness the notes of dried herbs, in which they make it a round and brilliantly harmonious wine.

TASTE:

Mouth entry where balance reigns above all. Pure expressiveness, with a very fructose sensation but with an acidity that does not go unnoticed at all, and in which it is worth highlighting its 7 month aging in barrels, which are very well integrated. Long, with good body and persistence.

Perfect for all kinds of cuisine where fish and seafood are the main protagonists. Baked white fish, fish and / or seafood stew, sushi and the ally for excellence of all kinds of rice.

Avancia Godello is a white wine made in the D.O. Valdeorras by Bodegas Avancia, belonging to the Jorge Ordoñez group.

Avancia Godello is a single varietal of the Godello variety. The grapes come from old 40-year-old vineyards planted on terraces on slopes at an average altitude of 500 meters above sea level. The soils are limestone soils with some granite, which gives the wine a very special minerality.

The harvest is done manually, in small boxes that avoid any unwanted breakage before reaching the cellar. Upon arrival at the winery, a selection of the best grapes is made. The fermentation takes place in large barrels of 500-600 liters of French oak, where it is aged for 7 months.
A tasty Godello, with a lot of personality and saline and mineral memories.
