Bright lemon yellow, attractive, and of medium depth. It leaves behind fine tears in the glass.
Pronounced intensity, dominated by aromas of fresh tropical fruit (pineapple and melon) and to a lesser extent citrus (lemon). The fruity aromas are enhanced by others from its aging in barrel (vanilla and clove).
Great intensity of tropical and citrus fruit, which lingers for a long time on the palate, complemented by touches of vanilla and slightly spicy notes. It has high acidity, leaving a pleasant refreshing sensation on the palate. Easy to taste and pair.
