TASTING NOTE
Colour

Clean, clear and bright. Yellow color with golden reflections. Very nice to look at.

AROMA:

The nose offers its most elegant aromas, which express the herbal notes they share along with hints of citrus and stone fruit, where the tangerine, peach and unmistakable apricot emerge strongly.

TASTE:

Very pleasant on the palate with a pronounced texture. Certainly unctuous, but with an acidity that very well marks the backbone of the wine. Fruity and with a long and seductive finish.

MATCHING
Perfect with oysters, rock mussels and steamed cockles, fresh tuna with soy sauce, grilled fish, grilled or baked and seafood paellas.
WHO CAN CONTRACT
In 1978, when the New Zealand wine industry was almost non-existent, Neudorf began its activity, doing hard work on variety sharing. Neudorf is a New Zealand winery that is part of the group "The family of the twelve", which brings together the first wineries that settled in this country.

The Empordà appellation of origin is located in the northeastern part of Catalonia. The territory is distributed between two counties and 55 municipalities. 35 municipalities belong to the Alt Empordà and 20 are in the Baix Empordà. The average annual production is 65,000 hectoliters of wine with a planted vineyard area of approximately 2,000 hectares. At the beginning the appellation was called Empordà-Costa Brava, in 2006 the indication Costa Brava was eliminated.
